Laura is a BS in Business Administration, has postgraduate studies in Strategic Human Resources Management, is a certified Leadership Coach by Rice University and holds a certification in Diversity, Inclusion and Equity from Cornell University. She has also pursued leadership studies at IMD and Rice University.
In 2021 she founded Stamina, to pursue her longlife dream of helping organizations become better places to work, one leader at the time.
Florencia holds a master’s degree in Psychopedagogy and brings 20 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, and change management for companies such as Tenaris and Accenture. She specializes in crafting high-impact talent strategies and designing tailored people-focused programs that align with diverse organizational goals.
Renowned for her creativity and dedication, Florencia is committed to unlocking individual and team potential. Her expertise spans the management of Performance Management process, Employee Opinion Surveys, and Employer Branding initiatives, alongside developing targeted programs for young professionals. She has also designed and delivered a wide range of training initiatives, with a particular emphasis on delivering effective feedback.
