We partnered to co-design professional growth and career development models. For Mercado Libre, we led the project to design and implement Experience Maps: a professional growth framework that supports different career stages across the organization for two of their core business areas, Technology and Product.

We led the design of the LATAM Skills Alliance, a strategic initiative aimed at preparing the steel industry workforce for the green transition in Latin America and the Caribbean. Our work focused on mapping international best practices, analyzing regional implications, and defining the critical skills, roles, and capabilities required to advance sustainability. This first stage laid the foundation for a roadmap aligning industry, education, and public policy to build the talent needed for a more sustainable and competitive future.

We partnered with Tenaris to co-create Moments that Matter, a global wellbeing initiative that brings together Human Resources, Health & Safety, and Communications under a shared, people-centered approach. The project aligned teams across 10 regions to design a common framework that integrates wellbeing benefits throughout the employee lifecycle, respecting cultural diversity while enabling a consistent global experience.

We supported LIA Aerospace through a co-design process based on facilitated workshops, creating a high-trust environment to explore and redefine purpose and values at both organizational and team levels. Following a shift in commercial strategy, the newly defined purpose and values became a shared foundation for performance, guiding internal alignment as well as external communication.
